Teknik Hortum ve Boru A.Ş. hydraulic hose assembly department consists of many special machines and equipment, including hose cutting, trimming and crimping presses, as well as automatic leakage testing machines.

In the assembly department, hydraulic oil and brake hoses, air conditioning hoses, polyamide hoses, Teflon hoses, and other special hoses are joined with pipes and metal fittings according to standards. Expert personnel perform 100% leak-tightness and pressure tests before preparing them for shipment.

High Pressure Hose Assemblies

Pipe and hose assemblies used in hydraulic systems with operating pressures ranging from 150 to 420 bar are crimped with special hydraulic crimping machines. The leak-tightness designs of the fittings used in hose assemblies belong to our company. Verification of these designs is carried out using special test machines in our facility. Production of standard and special fittings is also done in-house.

Low Pressure Hose Assemblies

Pipe and hose assemblies used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems with operating pressures up to 150 bar are crimped with special hydraulic crimping machines. The leak-tightness designs of the fittings used in hose assemblies belong to our company. Verification of these designs is carried out using special test machines in our facility. Production of standard and special fittings is also done in-house.
