This privacy notice has been prepared by Teknik Boru ve Hortum A.Ş., in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,

  • To request information if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

  • To request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,

  • To request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • To object to a result arising against you through exclusive automated analysis,

  • To demand compensation in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
